About Our Manufacturing Facility

Our factory is located in the Wuqing District of Tianjin, a region recognized as one of the most established carpet and textile manufacturing clusters in northern China. Wuqing is home to hundreds of carpet factories that have supplied global retailers and brands for over three decades.

Established in 2003, our facility has grown from a small local operation to a medium-sized manufacturer with the capacity, certifications, and export experience to serve international wholesale buyers, retail chains, and brand companies.

Production Capabilities

Our factory covers 50,000 square meters and includes the following production capabilities:

• Yarn dyeing: In-house dye house for polyester, acrylic, and wool-blend yarns. Custom colors matched to your specification.
• Carpets weaving: Multiple production lines for printed carpets, shaggy carpets, and cut-and-loop constructions. Capacity 5M+ sqm per year.
• Cropping and finishing: Automated cropping lines for consistent size accuracy. Binding and whipping for export-quality edges.
• Backing application: Latex backing, anti-slip backing, cotton canvas, and jute backing application lines.
• Quality inspection: Every batch inspected before packaging. AQL 2.5 standard inspection procedures.
• Packaging: Standard export packaging plus custom OEM packaging with your brand materials.

Our factory maintains the following certifications for international export:

• OEKO-TEX Standard 100 — Every component tested for harmful substances. Valid annually, verified per product batch.
• BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) — Social compliance audit covering labor conditions, health and safety, and environmental standards.
• ISO 9001:2015 — Quality management system. Regular internal and external audits.
• Fire Retardancy Certifications: ASTM D2859 (US), CAN/ULC S102 (Canada), EN 1021-1/2 (Europe) — available for specific product lines upon request.

Quality Control Process

Every order goes through a structured quality control process before shipment:

• Incoming material inspection: Yarn, backing material, and latex are inspected upon arrival at the factory
• In-process inspection: Quality supervisor checks pile height, density, and appearance during production
• Pre-shipment inspection: Full AQL 2.5 inspection on finished goods before loading. Report provided to buyer.
• Loading supervision: Loading process supervised to ensure proper packing and container conditions

OEM and Custom Production

In addition to our standard product range, we accept OEM custom orders for brands, retailers, and wholesale buyers:

• Custom logo hang tags and labels
• Custom packaging (polybag, header card, master carton with your branding)
• Custom size runs and non-standard dimensions
• Custom dye colors to your Pantone specification
• Custom backing materials and anti-slip specifications
• Custom pile height and density for specific product performance requirements

Our MOQ for standard OEM orders starts at 50-100 pieces per design, depending on the product category.
